Each receiver is completely assembled and ready for your upper, with an M-K X trigger installed and tuned.
Each M-K X trigger is hand-assembled and hand-installed into a PSA lower receiver.
Before installation, the M-K X trigger’s front hook and the hammer’s trigger hook are polished. This cuts down on the break-in time. The disconnector is then set to zero creep, to give the shooter the finest and the most crisp release possible in a service rifle. The overtravel is set to short and then each receiver has its trigger weighted using an NRA trigger scale. This ensures it will pass the pre-match tech inspection right out of the box. The trigger pull is set to approximately 5.0Lb to ensure meeting the 4.5Lb minimum weight. After the break in period your M-K X will drop a few ounces. By setting it a bit higher you will still pass tech inspection for years to come. At the time of ordering you may select left or right hand shooter. The M-K X uses our Wisconsin Trigger Company A3 safety selector which may be installed on the left or right side of the receiver. With the A3 safety selector you only have one switch paddle so nothing gets in the way of your grip, giving you a constant and precise hand position every time.
